The Meridian Lake Private Dinner Party, a recent project that brought the authentic taste and atmosphere of Jamaica to their doorstep. With chef Picka at the helm, we used locally sourced ingredients to create a menu that was cooked right before their eyes, giving them a unique and unforgettable dining experience. The reception was better than we aimed for and over all was a good vibe! We continue to do this for the love of people and plantains.
